WORKSHOP SERVICE TECHNICIAN

The Gore team are a looking for an experienced Workshop Service Technician to join them. This will be a varied & challenging full-time role, and a great opportunity to work in a proactive environment with one of the world's greatest brands, John Deere.

Ideally you will have the following attributes:

• Trade-qualified or have relevant mechanical experience.
• Computer literate and experience with mechanical software systems an advantage.
• Willing to work on a wide range of equipment.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage your own time.
• Good team-player with attention to detail.
• Flexible and able to work overtime during peak periods.
• Ability to maintain good relationships with customers.

AGRICULTURAL PARTS CONSULTANT

Due to an increase in workload we have a fulltime position available for an experienced Agricultural Parts Consultant at our Gore Branch. This will be a varied & challenging permanent role, and a great opportunity to work in a locally owned and operated company with one of the world's greatest brands, John Deere.

The following attributes would equip you well for this position:

• Competent in ordering systems and distributing parts to customers and service departments.
• Experience in a previous Agricultural Parts Role an advantage.
• Excellent organisational skills, with experience in data entry.
• Exceptional computer skills with experience in billing systems an advantage.
• Initiative and flexibility to be able to assist in other departments when required.
• An excellent phone manner and exceptional customer service skills.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Analytical, efficient and articulate with attention to detail.
• Professional, punctual and ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team.
